This case does a very good job. Once you place the Droid X2 it is protected from rain, from dropping to the floor (within reason), and the front plastic lets you use fingers or stylus without the problem of the thin plastic sheets that tend to come off. It has a clip that allows you to have it on your belt.
The only difficulty is the stand that you can use overnight or use to watch HD items. The box can't fit into it.

I like this case because it protects the phone completely, but it makes the Swype keyboard harder to use because there is an extra layer of plastic over the screen, and it leaves a gap between screen and that piece of clear plastic when using Swype keyboard and gives a lot of typos or just makes Swype totally unusable. Wish they'd have this case without this plastic screen cover since I already have a screen protector, I might cut out the screen layer from the case altogether.
